This certificate gives its owner the opportunity to decrease or increase the level of his character once during the year. The maximum number of levels that can be changed is 5.
In the case of a downgrade, rewards that are not available at that level will be closed, and items from the character will be put into the backpack. The character's rank will be lowered to the maximum for the chosen level, the rank regalia will be replaced and jewelry sets will be issued to improve it to the rank at the time of the downgrade. Platums and inscribed symbols that are inappropriate for the level will be removed, and instead they will be given the appropriate fragments of platums and symbols. The level of fortifiedskins and their artifacts will change to the new character level.
This certificate can be handed over to another character through the Administration for 20% of its value in crystals, if you wish.
